This project is a collaboration with Dr. Judi Laprade at the University of Toronto's department of Anatomy to recreate Grant's anatomy museum in a digital 3D space. The purpose of this project is to provide anatomy students and educators with an accessible format to view accurate prosections away from campus. My role in this project was to create a method/workflow to clean up and optimize models from laser scans and to prepare over 40 models for WebGL viewing using Artec Studio (laser scanner software), Zbrush, and Blender 3D.
Expected date of limited first release to students and professors across Ontario is September 2022.
🔒 Due to the sensitive nature of the cadaveric material involved, the final models or progress photos cannot be shared with the public. If you would like to know more about my role in this project, feel free to contact me for details.
